I hope this review says more about Carmen than it does about me, but just so you know what she was up against: I’m a sentimental person. I saved my kids’ art, books, toys, clothes—things I thought I’d turn into a blanket someday. On top of that, I’m an artist (no judgment, please) with more unfinished projects than I’d like to admit. Let’s just say my house didn’t exactly spark joy. Then came Carmen. She decluttered my life—literally. I barely recognize the basement now.
