They consistently followed up and were in constant communication with me to guide me through the process and bring the job to completion. Cinergy was excellent! Especially my tech, Gavin. Words cannot express. He put me so at ease on what needed to be done (and what NOT needed to be done as other companies stated to inflate!). Gave in went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of the water mitigation and the temporary fix to get me water to my condo until plumber can get here. I highly recommend and would definitely contract them again ( but sure hope I never need them again!). Thank you so much, Cinergy!

We had a plumbing leak that damaged interior walls and floors and Cinergy Restoration repaired the damage. Mike Prisco supervised and scheduled the sub-contractors who did the repairs. Communication and coordination was very good. We always knew what the schedule was and were kept informed when the plan changed due to additional discoveries or conflicts with the subs. There was good coordination between Mike and the Cinergy office. They filed all the necessary documents with my insurance company when additional damage was found during the demo phase. Cinergy did a great job working with the insurance adjuster to provide the necessary details that ensured a favorable outcome. Because this was an insurance claim I can't comment on the price paid for repairs beyond the fact that Cinergy

Professional, courteous, efficient, respectful ,friendly, helpful are some words. I would use to describe Michael and his team who worked on restoring my master bedroom and bathroom from water damage. Even though I would say cudoes to all team members, carpenters, Jovel and Clifford (painting, plumbing among other tasks),Aaron carpeting, Nick and Javon,packing and unpacking, and Eduardo cabinet fabricator, I would give additional praise to Michael for his great leadership,scheduling each section who arrived on time and worked diligently and efficiently to complete their specific tasks.
