Nathan from cinge was hired to perform a home inspection for us on a home in south Georgia. We recently viewed the home and absolutely loved it. The decision to hire a home inspection was money well spent. Upon receiving the final report, we were totally stunned on how many defects were found and identified. The amount of needed repairs were 5 figures for sure. The sellers were not willing to make any of those repairs. So, we moved on. Make sure you use this company . You'll thank me later. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Rico serviced our home for years before transferring to another area. He always checked in with us before he started service, ensuring we had no particular pest problems. In addition to spraying around the perimeter of our home, he swept away cobwebs and bugs on the siding and near lights. And....We still receive email and text reminders with picture i.d. of the service provider we should expect for our next service appt. Highly recommend.

Real estate agent recommended and they performed a thorough inspection on date and time as scheduled. The report seems very comprehensive so I believe the quality is as expected. IF I were looking to buy in the area again, I would have no problem using Cingo as the home inspection agent(s).

We’ve used Cingo for years. One of our neighbors was using them in our two family home, we owned one and our neighbors the other. We decided we needed a bond and when we did have Cingo out to do the job, they did not need to add traps as they told our neighbors it only made sense to do both sides in order to assure protection on their side. I love common sense driven companies and people. We only had to pay the standard yearly fee as the traps were in place. They have now taken care of our new home in Beaufort. We thought we had an issue with termites and Cingo came out immediately. They checked our home, determined it was a swarm and what to be aware of until they were gone. We highly recommend Cingo for your home protection.
