Circle City Lock & Key Locksmith

I highly recommend Bret Parker from Circle City Lock and Key. We have had him come to our office to work on 2 different locking door problems and he is always very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He charges a fair price, and we will be using him again if we have any other lock problems.

I had considered changing out the whole French door to our back deck-it was hard to open, did not feel balanced and we had to replace the Hoppe lock once already. Brett came out, looked at the door, easily removed the box and explained why this latest lock failed. He ordered a new box and installed it a week later, also adjusting the drop point in the door so it no longer drags. It opens and closes now as if it is a new French door set! I cannot say how pleased I am to have found an expert locksmith to deal with our 5-point special locks on French doors! If you recognize the lock system in this little video, you need to add Circle City to your contact list!

I had two keypad deadbolts installed and rekeying done. The owner of this company was professional and courteous. He even took the time to sweep up trimmings from enlarging a hole in the door. I would highly recommend him.

Couldn't be happier with the service we got from Circle City Lock and Key. We bought a new (to us) home near Pittsboro and wanted to have it all re-keyed and some new locks installed. We picked an appointment time (got it quicker than I expected!) and Brett was here right on time. He took good care of the existing hardware and doors and left no trace except a job well done. He didn't disturb me as I worked at home. He explained the new lock system so we know how to manage it. Circle City will be my first call for a locksmith.
