Circle G Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

Great people that comes out and gets work done. I do recommend them. One thing I didn’t like was that, it took guy to come out get a part from my house and to get new part at Cleveland took over 2hours! I was charged 3 1/2 hours for work that was maybe less than 2 hours max! Part was free labor was(pulling part out and replacing). Even if I’m paying them to go get the part(other person was suppose to meet them halfway and arrangement was made day before) so max I’ll say 1 hour. Anyways, they got the work done so I’m happy. Just becareful with the scratchy charges of getting part and how long they take because you’re being charged for that! Wish they told before. Guy took little over 2hours to go get the part! So I was overcharged on the hours. So becareful!

Circle G Plumbing is a great local family owned company. I'd highly recommend them. Hannah in the office is great at communicating, she is very organized and is informative when it comes to in the field production.

Mike? called around 11:00am and said he would try to be here @ 2:30 or so if possible to fix our Coleman Electric Furnace. I had replaced several parts in the last week+ and still having problems. We were expecting a major cold front and temps. in the low 30's with snow the next day. He came @ about 12:00pm and he did not leave until he had our Furnace running and heating as it should @ 3:30 or so. The Furnace is older and was very frustrating to diagnose the problem(s) but he felt that he could figure it out and he did. I gotta give him major props as I knew that his legs & back probably hurt and his feet kept going to sleep due to the position he was in while working. HE WAS GREAT!! Used Circle G for the first time today for furnace check and heat pump check. I was very impressed with the service and the technician. The technician was very friendly and informative. I definitely recommend Circle G and will use them again.

We called 13 days ago when our boiler quit working. 5 days later he came to our house and diagnosed the problem. That was 8 days ago. Now with temps dropping below freezing we are still without heat in our basement and no answers as to when it can be repaired. The lady who answers the phone says they have no control over when parts are shipped and I can take my business elsewhere when I disagreed with her.
