CISCO Flooring Supplies (Hallandale Beach)

We have purchased from CISCO in the past, although it has been a few years since our last visit. We recently stopped by to purchase a pallet of concrete. When we arrived, we greeted the staff with “good afternoon” in Spanish and received no response. We do speak English so it was not an issue for us, it was disappointing that they couldn't even address us and say we don't speak Spanish (by the way they do speak Spanish, because last time we were there with our contractor they addressed him in Spanish. We then asked for a pallet and were informed it was 3:45 PM and that the business closes at 4:00 PM. While we understand closing times must be respected, the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, as though our arrival 15 minutes before closing was an inconvenience. Overall, the experienc
