Zero Flexibility or Care This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I have had countless issues with their Brandon location, and while it's slightly less terrible with a new manager, the overall corporate policy is clearly to ignore and inconvenience customers at every turn. My most recent experience proves they simply do not care. I purchased materials from this very store chain. When I needed to pick them up today, my local store was closed. I did the logical thing and called the Tampa location—which is part of the SAME COMPANY and was OPEN—to see if I could simply get my order there. The answer was a cold, simple "NO." No attempt to help. No effort to find a solution. They couldn't be bothered to lift a finger for a customer. What kind of operation is this? If you can't eve

Gotta love when companies start making political stances on their customers, imagine not knowing that the "No Open Carry Sign" doesn't hold legal weight in Florida, so the managers at this store will actually have to verbally ask you to leave.

I went to Cisco today to purchase wood floors for our 3,200 sq foot home. Saw this at the door and turned around and walked away. Any business that bans lawful citizens from their 2A rights will never see my business.

This is a frustrating place to shop now. I'm not sure if ownership or management has changed, but the new employees at the desk seem untrained in business operations. Today was the last day I sent one of my trucks to attempt to make a purchase from this store. I intended to order over $1,000 worth of products, but when I called to place the order for pickup today, they told me to send an email instead. I've never experienced anything like that at a supplier store before.
