Citadel Garage @ 3rd & Race

Parking lot was clean and well lit and within walking distance to Reds and Bengals Stadium. However, they need a sign for NO TRUCK PARKING! We have a full size, 4 door truck and it took a lot of maneuvering to get around the very narrow ramps.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The garage is older and the ramps are extremely tight. Don’t be late either because they’ll send you a notice and charge you $90 extra. You can park closer for cheaper and in a much nicer place. We tried to extend our time to not miss the permit deadline and the site kept crashing. Not worth it. Edit to Add: Since the owner likes to call people liars (which is slander when he/she is lying), I’ve attached the paid permit AND the fee for being late. I would get a $20 extra fee, but $90? Ridiculous. It was $50 on the day of but I had to pay $60 ahead. Quite ridiculous, when it’s usually cheaper if you reserve in advance.

Horrible! U can park closer for the same $$! The driving lanes are super compact so the warnings are not over exaggerations! Hard to maneuver the tight spaces in our small car! Once parked, the elevator had no indication of which floor, was ground level. Once on said floor no indication of how to exit the garage! Wandering aimlessly searching for way out! The only good thing I can say is since we prepaid, the exit was simple after carefully descending the very narrow ramps! The reply below is false, the elevator buttons did not indicate and the only arrows were for the cars? So should I have walked all the way down the drive lane? Which was so narrow I’d have been crushed by a car? Come on do better! If I was the only one, sure maybe it was a me issue but at least 5 other families were als

I’d give this facility negative stars if I could. The lot is super sketchy - tight corners and spaces, blind corners, it felt unsafe, it smelt and was dirty. They also have a dumb way of paying- they scam you for money by making you pay for longer than you’ll be using the lot, and if you don’t, you get a ticket. Based on other reviews, they’ve had the same problem, but the company will respond to your comment “don’t lie, you stole parking”….that is totally inaccurate because I’m an honest person. Don’t recommend parking here.
