CitiQuiet Soundproof Windows

I have had the pleasure of using Citiquiet Soundproof windows for my own projects in NYC as well as recommending them to some of my clients. Their product is excellent and stands out. Their installers are clean and they leave the site as clean as when they arrived and their follow up to make sure that i am happy with the product and installation, is a testament to the owner as they really care about follow up and ask if their is anything needed further. I appreciate their firm as they care about the client and that is why i use them and continue to recommend the company.

I had the pleasure of working with CitiQuiet for storm window installation in my condo. I went with them due to their sound reduction glass and based on the recommendation of a friend who has the same windows. Marina my salesperson couldn't have been more gracious and kind. Her attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring the measurements were taken correctly and an estimate was given. About two weeks ago, Giovanni and Victor came to install the storm windows, they couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Giovanni even fixed my shade on my balcony door which had fallen a few weeks earlier. The installation went wonderfully well, and was completed in just under four hours. I'd highly recommend CitiQuiet I was very pleased and have nothing but high praise for the care and workmanship.

I have had my CitiQuiet windows for about six months. It is not an exaggeration to say that it may be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Before they were installed, the noise from garbage trucks and late-night street activity outside my apartment constantly interrupted my sleep. I tried multiple workarounds like white noise machines and earplugs, but nothing offered consistent relief or comfort. Since the CitiQuiet windows have been installed I have not woken up a single time. I also echo all previous positive reviews regarding the installation process.

I just today had Citiquiet windows installed and Angel and Vic (and I didn't get the name of the third man), arrived on time, covered every inch of exposed floor, wore their booties and then, didn't merely carry out the install process with meticulous care, but they made sure that everything, and I mean everything - the shades, the curtains, blinds - were taken off and put back faithfully adhering to my every request. It was time-consuming! And, yet, they were kind, good natured, and unfazed. The result looks beautiful. I confess I haven't yet seen how they fight off the noise from a massive construction site outside my window, but I have a feeling that if any window can tamp down the cacophony, it is Citiquiet's. I am a real estate broker and in the industry everyone just calls any soundproof window treatments "citiquiets" not knowing if a different company did them or not. They are that ubiquitous - kind of like saying 'call an uber' or 'grab a kleenex'. So I immediately knew who to contact to have one installed in our bedroom.
