We’ve used Cititurf for our fertilizer and weed control for over 12 years. We’ve used their mowing and scalping service for maybe 3 or 4 years. They’ve even trimmed our trees a few times, and they treat our yard for grubs every year! We’ve always been very pleased with their work. Their prices are right, but best of all, their staff is great, and everyone is so knowledgeable and polite. We recently had our annual scalping done, and I had some cut tree limbs sitting on our driveway right next to our garage door. I had every intention of chopping them up and dealing with them at a later date (procrastinating, of course). Communication through emails or texts is key. They give you a ‘heads-up’ when a service is scheduled. That’s important. Keeping lines of communication open. We have used this lawn company for several years, and they have always done excellent work. What truly sets them apart, though, is the character behind the service. After a house fire, we had to cancel lawn services. One of the owners or managers personally came by our property and told us he noticed the cancellation and understood why. He then said they wanted to continue mowing our front lawn at no charge until our home is rebuilt, so that every time we come back to the property it would still feel like home. That gesture meant more to our family than words can express. This is a company that genuinely cares about the people they serve, not just the work they do. Skill, consistency, and integrity like this are rare. We recommend them without hesitation.
