Rico had a great attitude and very customer focused. When he arrived he walked each room with me to review expectations, worked clean, organized, and efficient. Carpets are a shade lighter, Rico did a fantastic job.

Don’t use this company. They ruin my 15k carpet and not taking responsibility. It started browning after a month of their cleaning. The whole carpet is dark brown. To your response I explained you that I was out of country that is why I didn’t contact you right away. Second of all there was no dog pee. You just ruined my carpet. I called another company to clean up your mess but they were not able to. Your chemicals ruined my 15k carpet. People, stay away from this company. They have no idea what they doing.

Recently moved into the area. Needed a Turkish Oriental rug cleaned. Hadn’t been cleaned in 30years. They did an amazing job. When I got it back, my husband said he didn’t even realize it had color. He thought it was just browns. Thank you so much. LOVE IT❤️

Good, friendly service. Did a great job cleaning my rugs without the chemicals I didn’t want. Better than I could’ve expected with the stains left behind from my dogs. I will be keeping them as a resource in the future!
