Citrus Property Renovations

Horrible experience so far! Contacted CPR to build a porch and ramp in August, paid a deposit, no work has been done yet. Seemed like a legit business when they were hired, not feeling that way now. Phone calls and text not answered, office closed and main phone line not working. Now CPR claims to be relocating, but looking for a office? Zach has excuse after excuse.

He took my money and ran! On Aug. 13, 2025, I gave CPR a $7,548.83 as a deposit for work to be done on my home. Five months later Zachary Schmitt (or any of his workers) has yet to set foot on my property to measure or assess the work to be done. Went to their office the other day and they are gone! Moved out lock, stock, and barrel. How can someone like him get away with this? They don't even deserve one star. Professional crook.

Horrible experience... Absolutely the worst company in Citrus County.... $8,900 was paid and still won't answer phone calls or complete the job. Not to mention that his employees were not paid for the work they did... Complete disaster is what this company is... You will need CPR after dealing with them... Anyone in Citrus County stay away from them or you will get crooked also...

No option to give them NO STARS My husband and I were deep into a major renovation when we realized our upper kitchen cabinets needed serious help. I contacted CPR to explore the possibility of refinishing the existing ones. After evaluating our setup, Zach suggested replacing the cabinets entirely, explaining that refinishing might only hold up for a few years. I agreed. One of my main issues was a six-inch gap above the cabinets that always bothered me. Zach recommended switching to 32” cabinets that would reach the ceiling—and once again, I agreed. He took measurements and presented a bill for half the cost: $810 as a deposit, with the total project price being $1,900. What I didn’t receive was any kind of paperwork—no layout, no sketch, no itemized list showing what cabinets were act

We needed our 2 story deck replaced and the guys did a great job. The young men who did the job were very efficient, polite and timely. They also made sure to leave the area clean of all scrap and trash. We are currently in the process of having them come and stain the deck for us and also have future jobs for them. I would highly recommend them.
