I hired Citrus Roofing to put a new white tiled roof on my house. I contacted three roofing companies to assess the old roof and give me a proposal. The quick response from the owner, Joe Keene, was the first reason I was interested in Citrus Roofing. Joe called me the same day I left a message. The other roofers took over two weeks to return my call. Joe and his manager, Jason Jones, came to the house to look over the old roof. We discussed the cost of repairs versus installing a new roof. After understanding the potential problems and additional costs for other areas on the roof as time goes by, I decided a new roof made the most sense. A detailed proposal was quickly prepared and the presentation included a line by line explanation of the scope of the project, what would be done

Project included total tile reroof of a 2 story, two owner duplex house. Citrus, locally owned, provided professional management and on site supervision that were cooperative and readily accessible. Adequately staffed with appropriately skilled labor, especially for detailed work: flashing, fascia and soffit repairs, stucco work and tile placement. They maintained an exceptionally clean job site. Permits and inspections were drawn and scheduled timely. Materials deliveries were timely Change orders needed, were mutually agreed to and reasonably priced. The initial completion date slipped due in part to coordination with 2 owners, more than anticipated facia, soffit, etc. repairs and complex nature of the roof system: many many ridges and valleys.
