City Air Experts Heating and Cooling

I called City Air during the major snowstorm this past weekend (Feb 1), and they answered right away. I was able to talk through the heating issue we were experiencing, and they clearly assessed the severity and reassured us there was no immediate danger. Rafael came out the very next business day and was extremely helpful. He quickly identified the issue and the solution, and once the required part was located, the repair was completed the following day. Overall, professional, responsive, and reliable service—especially impressive given the weather conditions. Strongly recommend.

City Air Experts is the best HVAC company in Charlotte. Quick response time, knowledgeable techs and reasonable pricing. The techs even wear booties when they come inside your home, which is an added bonus to an already great company. This is the only company that I would trust to work on my unit.
