City Builders did an excellent job replacing my roof! Finished product looked amazing and I could tell they were true professionals. I would recommend them to anyone. Roger was a pleasure to work with. He responded to all communications promptly and was very informative. His sons', Josh and Will who were part of the crew completing the roof replacement, conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. Their work was nothing short of superb.

Roger and his team were quick to come out, assess the issue, and provide an estimate for water leaking into my home. They were able to fit me into their schedule the very next day, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process they were communicative, professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. I especially valued that they recommended conservative measures first rather than immediately pushing for a larger, potentially unnecessary repair.

Words cannot express the gratitude i have for Roger and his wonderful team. Roger first came out among other local roofing companies in Baltimore last year when i had a horrible roof leak. I knew i needed a new deck soon but the other companies walked out back and started throwing numbers at me to redo the roof and the deck. They did not try to find the leak or help me. Roger without me asking did a full blown inspection trying to find a fix to my issue. He then showed me affordable/ creative options to make somthing work. The next day he came out and gave me some supplies to try to remedy the leak myself without me asking. When i saved up to get the whole thing done there was no question i would be going straight to roger and a year later he remembered me and my situation. He was fair and

This team was fast, thorough and affordable it’s rare to get all 3 of those things. Every other roofer I talked to either quoted me inflated prices or flaked on the service call all together. Roger assessed my roof, gave me 2 options of repairs (one less expensive, the other broader in scope and longer lasting) and completed the repairs all in under a week. He explained what he did thoroughly and sent pictures during and after the work was completed. Extremely happy with the service and quality of work!

Contractors and general can be hit or miss, but Roger and his guys are really fantastic. He clearly knew what he was talking about and everything he told me lined up with what I already knew to be accurate. 10/10 highly recommended.
