Address: 82 E Dakin Ave, Kissimmee, FL 34741 This is a private lot that imposes an exorbitant $97 flat fee if you overstay your visit by even 10 minutes. This charge is predatory. The signage is minimal and deeply misleading, making it easy to fall victim to their excessive penalty. My experience as a paid guest (using a tenant's promo code) was incredibly frustrating. A representative acknowledged my parking was paid for but offered a string of excuses rather than a valid explanation for the $97 penalty. Like all the other comments you've read, my partner and I received the SAME notice in the mail stating that he had been fined $97 for parking at this parking garage without payment. We read reviews and he immediately starting documenting that we also did not see any signs regarding how to pay for parking the day we were trying to park there. We didn't see a sign for who to call. We didn't find any staff working there to speak with. NOTHING. He had the car parked there for approximately 15 minutes while trying to figure out how to pay for parking and that is when he found the other reviews and we started documenting everything. Warning: This is a private lot, you have to pay for parking! We arrived at night (no lights in the parking lot) and didn’t notice any signs regarding pay to park. The fee is a hefty 97$ if you miss it, feels predatory and intentional. We drove back to the lot and looked around, the signs are posted all the way in the back. We tried to dispute it, even took pictures proving that there was no sign posted near where we parked but to no avail.

My friend received a ticket , $97 for non-compliance, not paying to park in City Centre Parking Garage. ( NOT affiliated with the City of Kissimmee. We called the number on the ticket and spoke with Sunny. She said there are 15 large red signs with QR codes that say paying to park is required. She even emailed us photos of the signs on the walls in the garage. We told her they aren’t there. She was open to receiving proof of what we were saying. We went back to the garage, took a lot of photos and 1 video and emailed them to her. You could still see the chunks of dried cement glue where the signs HAD been. They dismissed the ticket. I got a letter to pay this but I wont and I am advising all to not pay, Dispute it. They will hire a out state attorney which "A lawyer shall not practice law in a jurisdiction other than the lawyer's home state, in violation of the regulation of the legal profession in that jurisdiction, or in violation of the regulation of the legal profession in the lawyer's home state or assist another in doing so." Also City Centre Parking and PRRS does not have the right to use your info from collection your TAG its a violation "Federal Driver Privacy Protection Act (DPPA): This federal law, codified at 18 U.S.C. § 2721, restricts the release of personal information from motor vehicle records by state agencies."
