City Fuel

We had mini-splits/heat pump installed. The entire process went smoothly. They came out, quoted the job onsite and then emailed and mailed a hard copy of the proposal very quickly. Once we accepted we scheduled the job and they showed up on time and on the day scheduled. Eric, Mike and Jordan were all friendly and went out of their way to give my dog some attention (she loves love). They worked neatly, cleaning up as they went. The final product turned out great. It was super hot that day and these guys put in a long day and were friendly the whole time. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend City Fuel

Very rude man this morning came in to pump oil here and almost knocked down the door banging. Comes in here not minding his business and was very unprofessional, they really need to hire better people. if you aren’t happy with your job then you might want to consider working somewhere else.

Outstanding split ac/heat installation. The team, Eric, Mike and Jayson arrived exactly as scheduled. They obviously work well together and each knows what portion of the job to be done, often communicating, with occasional banter. Someone had to enter the house often, but what really impressed me was that each time he took his sores off. Very considerate and professional. Based on my experience with City Fuel, installation and office personnel, I highly recommend this company.

We are not bothered by this June heat wave at all because last week City Fuel installed Mitsubishi mini-splits in our home. Eric, Jake, and Phil were very competent and professional and completed the project in one day. We did a lot of research in advance and are very happy with our choice!
