City Hall Garage

Well-maintained, standard (single-helix) parking structure. Easy to get in/out. On regular business days, the lot is quite full and visitors may find themselves parking on the roof. There are two clean elevators on the corner closest to City Hall. They DO charge for parking. However, depending on which city office you are visiting, there may be free validation available. Make sure to bring your ticket with you! If you do end up paying, you'll use your cell phone to do it.

It's probably one of the better parking garages for downtown. The city hall employees park there and it's always patrolled by the Marshals. The vagrants stay away

Fast and easy to check in and get a parking as well as leaving and paying.

The price sign at the entrance is deceiving. It says flat rate is $3 on weekend evenings, but we had to pay $6 for an hour

This is not the kind of garage I would use if you're visiting downtown Las Vegas to hit the casinos and malls, as it is a good distance from the strip. It is, however, a good place to park if you have business at city hall or the courthouse. Please take note that this garage is unmanned, meaning that there is nobody working in a booth to exchange money for tickets. All transactions are done via automated gates and vending machines. There are machines by the pedestrian entry that allows you to pay with cash. The only payment the machines don't seem to take are debit cards. Parking is about $10 a day.
