I had a very disappointing experience with this company. When I first called the office, the call was abruptly disconnected without any explanation. Shortly after, a technician called me directly and provided a quote. Later that afternoon, I contacted him again to schedule the service. He told me he would arrive within 45 minutes. After waiting and him being more than 50 minutes late, I informed him that it no longer worked for me and that we could continue the service another day. The following day, I called again. The technician said he was not in my area and would contact me when he was. By the evening, I followed up and received no response at all. On the third day, I contacted the office to explain the situation. I was told another technician would reach out, but once again, no one

Early in the morning came quickly and provided service in a jiffy. In and out. Thank you!

Johnny is AWESOME! He is very friendly, professional and efficient! He made me a much needed spare chip key for my 2010 Toyota Corolla and had me try it before he left! Also, I had a blank motorcycle key that needed to be cut. He said he did not have machine to cut it but instead of leaving me hanging, Johnny gave me referrals. Now THAT is great customer service! What a great experience! Thank you Johnny!

Eric showed up quickly and made me a new key and programmed it just as quick!!! Great job thanks a million!!! Definitely recommend!! Total time from call to completion was less than an hour!!!
