City Of Des Moines Parking Garage

This place is so fun with great food, great service and an amazing atmosphere. Our server, John, was such a pleasure. Great job to the entire staff! We will be back next time we are in Des Moines.

Same as always, unbeatable. Willing to park your vehicle for the weekend in town or events that's your right place to Park.

Worst public parking I’ve experienced. We paid when entering the garage and they gave us a white ticket that you then have to process in another machine when you’re leaving. WHY ?? You’ve already paid, why can’t you just drive out like every other parking garage I’ve been in. You either pay when you enter or leave but you don’t’ have to stop twice. Created a huge bottleneck it took over 45 minutes to get out and we were ahead of the concert crowd. And when we got to the exit the line of cars was only using 1 of the 2 available exits. There should have been personnel there to direct cars out on a busy Saturday night. If that were the only place to park downtown I’d never go back. Looking for a better option.

The food selection and friendly staff made shopping comfortable experience, but the self check out was a hassle, although I have to admit that I was more than likely to blame thanks to the great staff we figured it out.I would most certainly visit.

so it is cheaper to park here than at a meter on the street. Plus it offers coverage from the weather, as well as lowering the likelihood of a drunk sideswiping your vehicle.
