City of Lodi Electric Services

They have the worst customer service skills on this side of the Mississippi. They are discriminatory and just downright unprofessional and hold times are ridiculous and maybe one rep there should be appreciated for kindness and willing to help the customers. PGE would NEVER I wish there was another alternative for electricity here in Lodi.

If I wasn’t forced to use them because I live in Lodi, I wouldn’t. Hold times are up to an hour + and then when someone does answer, they’re rude, condescending and not helpful at all. They lack basic, decent customer service skills.

I am editing to say that the nicest person did call back finally-there are only 2 people handling calls today! She solved my problem and was absolutely awesome! So Sorry I didn't get her name! I am trying to find out why my payment check was cashed, yet I'm getting a notice saying it's not paid! Sat on hole for close to an hour-finally did the call back thing when I was #3 in line-been waiting for that call back for 3 hours now!!!!!!!!!!!! this is absurd!

Worst people and city service ever. Please, San Joaquin Grand Jury, investigate them. Corrupt, uncouth, and uncaring agency. Horrible people from top to bottom. I think a lawsuit will dismantle this place. You need to see the garbage they pull. Remember: Government works for the people, not the other way around, you clowns.
