City Of Otsego DPW

Terrible service for the ammount of taxes we pay now i know more goes into the tax base then just city services but services they provide are sub par at best. Leaf cleanup is one of those areas it always ends before a good majority of the leaves are down and seems to always end before November 15th humm same day as gun deer hunting starts coincidence??? Snow plowing is another area that should improve since they dont hardly plow the streets on weekends, it must only snow during the week right. It's supposed to be a judgement call by the police department on weekends but unless you get 5 inches or more forget it. Salt what's that they seem to sit on a whole bin of it in the middle of summer but i can tell you that they sure dont use any in winter. Would like to see some improvement in t
