This is a medium size parking lot that has only one charging station for electric vehicles. The only way to enter is through Truman Street. In the early morning there are more homeless people in the area.
I looked this place up, and when I arrived, well I ended up not parking there, took my chances with parking meter and got lucky no parking enforcement dirtied my windshield was parked over an hour and a half past limit. Anyway there was no clear signs for this parking lot and was it free or did I have to pay? Don't know Boo to the city of San Fernando
It's got two spaces for electric cars to charge up. Cheap and easy.
