City Parking

I texted ahead they promised me a time and they’re never available. They are totally understaffed. The people who work here are nice and hard-working, but the business needs to invest more in having more people.

Sure, park there because you have no other choice since parking is almost non-existent in the area. However, just a warning staff is always rude, the “manager” more so then anyone there. He/they will say “lot is full” but no sign is displayed stating such (they have one), but offer cash in their pockets and theyll take your car (witnessed several times). Tried to find a contact to their corporate office several times last year - zero information available- not surprized. Parking is scarce around there and the staff takes advantage of the situation, with the “manager’s” lead.

Terrible saff and facility, good luck with them. They take your money and turn you away because its and I quote "not my problem"

Be prepared for hour wait and rate increase. Posted is $36 and they asked for $40 because it was busy Sunday. No choice really with family

By far the WORST parking garage! WARNING! Do not park your vehicle here. I made the mistake of entrusting the garage to park and secure my vehicle. First, the manager overcharged us and after speaking with our property manager we realized that we were being overcharged by hundreds of dollars. The supervisor pretended that he had no idea what was going on and never even apologized for being a fraud. After leaving my car there for 2 months I realized that the whole driver side of my car was damaged. Not one staff member informed me of the damage then proceeded to pretend that they didn’t do it. Subsequently, someone dropped off their vehicle which was a stick shift. The staff member who attempted to move the car stalled it out 5 times before getting out and admitting that he did.not know ho
