Simple formula they have. You reserve online, you arrive on time, they say they are full, they blame the website, u get no refund. The end. Hope this helps to save someone $25.

Made a reservation through spothero ahead of time. Arrived to the location and attendant came out saying to call spothero to call for a refund because the lot was full. Spothero should improve its service and this place should stop working with them as people have to cancel reservations on the spot at the last minute. Awful!

Never recommend this parking to anyone. They promised us a rate until midnight for 2 hours extra if we come back by midnight but then when we came back to pickup the car they charged us $25 more than initially discussed rate for being 2 hours late and didn’t care about what their morning shift staff had promised.

I got here, there is no one!!! It’s said it’s 24/7!

The manager charles denied me access because he was saving spots for his monthly customers. park elsewhere they are okay.
