I paid in advance for a monthly parking spot, but on the first day I couldn’t get in — no instructions, no key, nothing. The staff on-site just told me to come back the next day during business hours, but I work during that time. Very disappointing service for the price.
Overall, the garage is okay. The manager of the place (the one working in the mornings), and another staff member are great. However, there is one guy, the bald spanish guy that barely speaks english is awful. When you pull into the garage, he ignores you. He has his feet kicked up and he’s on the phone. Doesn’t even smile, doesn’t even say hi back to you and he keeps losing the spare key. Otherwise, great place.
I can't pay for parking but my car is parked it in my case for free
