Kayle was great; she was so caring and helpful. I also got to speak with Mike, the owner, about the insects trying to invade my home. Tod Wells was the tech assigned to my property and he was awesome he was knowledgeable and made sure he covered everything. I'm very happy with their service and will definitely keep using them.

We've been using City Pest Control since 2019 and are very pleased with their service. Todd has been servicing our home and property every 3 months for some time now -- he always does an above-and-beyond job, extremely thorough and professional. He has helped us battle scorpions, wasps, and all sorts of creepy-crawlies. We'll continue to rely on him and City Pest control for our pesticide needs.

They were all very kind and understanding of my situation. Todd was very thorough and professional, letting me sit in and watch what he did, all while explaining the chemicals. It was very interesting and entertaining. Always very thorough and constantly check in to see how my wasp problem was. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Todd with City Pest Control is a stand up guy and always works with me to fit our pest service within my schedule. There are times where he has called me beforehand to let me know when he expects to arrive and other times where he arrives when I’m not home, sprays my back yard, moves to another house then meets me back at my home to finish up when I can let him in. He’s always polite, patient and professional. I am always grateful and happy to work with such an accommodating person.

Todd with City Pest Control did a great job treating our house!! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what to expect. He was also very kind to our pets and we enjoyed a quick conversation before he had to head on to his next job. We haven’t had any issues at all since!
