This is to recognize Adele Henderson at the Franklin location. When my wife and I first entered this store, Ms. Henderson, at her desk, looked up, greeted us, asked if we needed any assistance, got up, came to us and welcomed us. After explaining why we came in, she took us around the store explaining different plumbing fixtures, listened to our thoughts and questions and gave sound advice on the product, all the while taking notes. Ms. Henderson certainly was the model customer service rep, the example all customer service reps should emulate. After visiting other plumbing stores, we shall look no further and will not do business with anyone other than Adele Henderson. Well done!

I don’t usually write reviews, but City Plumbing and Electric truly exceeded my expectations, and they deserve every star. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that their focus is on making sure customers are completely satisfied. They know their inventory inside and out, and they’re incredibly helpful with shipping times and delivery options. Greg was phenomenal to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me find exactly what I needed. You can tell the store is really well run and has excellent management. The attention to detail here is outstanding and makes such a difference compared to the experience at big box stores. City Plumbing and Electric has earned my loyalty, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The return policy is outrageous. 50% restocking fee...we were told, "you are better off selling on eBay or sell it to someone you know", after being told in store before we made the purchase, "there is a small restocking fee, probably $50". Who agrees to hundreds of dollars being thrown away if the product you purchase does not fit! You should get everything the sales person says in writing .... it's your word against theirs...and you're always wrong! Or just avoid this company!!

I came in to purchase a new control box for the well pump on a pretty good sized well (400ft). The gentlemen were courteous, knowledgeable and lightening fast with the service. They were so accommodating, in fact, that I went back 2 more times! Third time was a charm for me, as I was able to get what we needed to get the water flowing again (My fault of course, not theirs) Great experience! I'd would DEF recommend them to ANYONE
