On 10/11/2022, Miguel blocked all lanes giving access to LA Fitness on Sepulveda & Vermont. I took a different lane than the one they were working on, however he took revenge on me and approached me with the blower and threw everything that was on the pavement at that time. Very unprofessional and rude and when I talked to LA fitness management they said they didn’t even know about them working or blocking all the lanes.
As an Asset Manager for a Southern California commercial real estate developer, Mike Garvin with City Service Contracting is an automatic go-to. I not only received fair pricing, but found the quality of work exceeded normal life expectancies on jobs done by other contractors. The level of friendly service, quick response times and professionalism I received over the years has been consistent and loyal. I can't say enough!
