Very happy with the service we received today on our Gas furnace and boiler. Great communication from the courtesy reminder call in the morning to the technician calling 20 minutes out. Our technician, Connor, was very polite and explained everything in great detail. Our furnace and boiler are on the older side but there was no upsell of products and services. Highly recommend City Suburban. I'm always looking for honest and fair service providers and the certainly checked all the boxes!

I cannot say enough about John and City Suburban. Never really having a need for any HVAC service before, I contacted a competitor of theirs. After an initial diagnosis of the problem (explaining that the needed part would be abou $1000), and after a week plus of waiting for this other company to fix the issue, I got fed up and called City Suburban. They came the next business day, called in advance and showed up early! The technician John was very nice, extremely respectful of my home, and was a pleasure to talk to. We had a no-heat emergency and City Suburban came through with same-day service. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and got our heat back on quickly. Pricing was fair and transparent, especially for an emergency call. Excellent service when we needed it most—highly recommend.

Having City Suburban as our heating and cooling provider for our business, I knew they would do an exceptional job when it came time to build our new home. From the start, Kris was extremely knowledgeable in talking me through our A/C and heating options. Including detailed information on Geothermal benefits, rebates and credits. They were efficient and professional while installing over 5,000 sq./ft. of in-floor radiant heat that covers 9 heating zones, as well as installing a Unico high velocity air conditioning system for cooling. We also went with Geothermal and had 1800 linear feet of lines installed 6ft. deep. The mechanical room is organized and professionally setup by skilled technicians who take pride in their work. This was my second time working with City Suburban. Just had a boiler and pumps replaced. They were professional from start to finish. They were quick to get out to the site and assess our situation and work up a quote. They showed up to do the work when they said they would and finished in the timeframe they estimated.
