We had Hever at City Textures do our EIFS stucco, and it has been an absolute train wreck. He overlapped the windows with stucco, leaving no room for caulk, didn't flash the window sills properly, cut the roofers flashing, and somehow managed to get metal in the EIFS stucco that is leaving rust spots all over the house. Although he did come out once to "fix" the stucco, his repair job could possibly be worse that the initial stucco application. We have been trying to get him to come out to fix his "fix" for over a year, and he has not responded. The quotes we have received to repair his shoddy work are 3x what we paid for the initial stucco application. We regret trusting our stucco work to City Textures, and seriously advise you find someone more capable and trustworthy.
