City Wide Exterminating

I contacted City Wide Exterminating and it was very robotic. Said they would only provide a 5 hour window for arrival time. I contacted the Operations Manager, Dylan Morrison and he had Isaac show up on Friday, February 20th at 9:00am. Isaac was on time and very professional although he is clearly a sales person. He provided a proposal but refused to provide a breakdown of materials and labor. Also, their warranty is very subjective. The document says that all limbs and bushes must be kept at least 20 to 8 feet away from the property and they would inspect for that. If the limbs and bushes were not, the warranty would be void. They were not willing to change.

Colton is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to termites!! We had 6 other inspectors come out and he was the only one who found additional termites other than the original place we saw them. He took his time and was very thorough. We even had another inspector here right before him and he waited until the other guy was finished out of respect for him. Also he’s such a nice guy…I would say this company is very lucky to have someone like Colton working for them!! And the bonus is I love the fact that this is a woman owned company!!

Josh was great! Personable, engaging, and polite. Told me what I needed to know, gave me a few heads ups/FYIs, and got the work done. Really appreciate his time and work

Isaac did a very thorough job of coming to our home to check for rodents and giving us realistic recommendations of what could work in the short term and the long-term. He was very thorough and explained the process well. I would definitely recommend him and their services

Joshua was excellent . Did a thorough check of my home!!! He was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to protect my home.
