This is the best service I have ever had anywhere. I had installed a ceiling fan but somehow I crossed up the wiring, I called here and spoke to Helen and the next morning before the appointment time, Doug came to fix the problem. He was polite, well groomed, and got the job done. Believe me the price was the best I was given from anyone to do handyman services. I will be using City Wide Handyman Services in Des Moines again for things I am unable to for myself now, I will ask for Doug whenever he is available. Making the payment on line was a breeze.

I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come replace our storm door. I was told the appointment would be one week later on Thursday, June 27 at 3P. We made arrangements for my husband to be home. At 3:30P no one had arrived and I called to inquire if they were running late. I was told they would call the owner to see and call me back. 45 minutes later, when no one had called me, I called back and was told they didn’t know what happened and could we reschedule. I asked for the first available as we had already waited a week. I was told that one of their new technicians would come Friday, June 28 between 1-3P. He would be replacing a motor prior to this time which can vary how long it takes so he would call when he was headed over. At 3:15P on Friday, we had received no call a
