Very impressed with everything. I called and the lady was very nice, explaining that it might be difficult to fit me in same day (a Friday), but she would try. Later in the day I called her to ask if there was any chance and that I would be willing to pay emergency rate if they could come Saturday morning. We planned on Saturday but then at 4.30 she called to say a technician got done early and could get there in 30 minutes. The company could have easily waited till morning and charged additional fee. David arrived and explained what he was doing, got work completed quickly so not to waste my money. David was very polite and represented City Wide very professionally. My wife now has air conditioning and my life is much better - did I tell you I forgot to call yesterday? :-)

By far one of the BEST companies we’ve dealt with. We had several issues with the installation of our dehumidifier and city wide was prompt to send a technician out every time to make things right. They were responsive and kind. I can’t say enough good things!

I tinker in the garage. Had Citywide come out and put in a mini-split. Yesterday heat index over 100 and it was cool and nice in the garage. They did the install when we were gone, couldn't even tell they were here. Have used them several times over the years and will only use them. Great JOB THANKS!

I've been without a water heater for several days and called this company because they have a sticker on the unit. They caused a bit of a fuss about it because I am a renter, and ultimately, I have decided to go elsewhere. I'm not going to argue with a service company over whether or not I need hot water in my home. If I call to get it fixed, it is because it needs done. I am in pretty close contact with the landlord. A company that dismisses me so simply is not worth my time. Also worth noting: their sticker didn't have an area code on it. It is the 21st century, and the unit was manufactured in 2019. We do not all share an area code on our phones, so a sticker is useless on its own without. Edit: To be clear, this company did not mention anything about authorization. They argued with
