CityCentre Parking Garage (Winpark)

Do not park in this ramp. We parked in a spot with the sign that states “free to park all other times”. Some of the signs had a $ and said “pay to park all other times”. We came out to a parking ticket for 5x the amount for failure to pay. Their signs are misleading. I tried to dispute the ticket since we would have paid if the sign did not read “free to park” but the dispute it was denied. The amount of the fines are excessive.

Now I know not to use the parking garage no matter how crowded the shopping center is. The front building door to the elevators only opens from the inside on the weekends so you have to walk into the garage where the cars are coming in and out to get back to your car. It is not really great to navigate with a stroller as most of the sidewalks don't have ramp edges. And the rate is not hourly so if you park more than 30 minutes it costs the daily rate of $10.

Parking can get crowded over the weekend. Also is free including the reserved fitness parking spaces. The first floor and some of the special reserved parking spaces are not for the customers.

There is free parking on the top floors
