Alex was great. Came as scheduled, knew exactly what was wrong with our very old washing machine and was able to quickly fix it. Took the time to check out our dryer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Alex and Billie initially came out to fix my washing machine (do NOT wash your dog beds at home people!). They were so kind and knowledgeable, showing and explaining the process while answering my questions. My washer was back in action within an hour. They ended up coming back the following week to look over and clean my fridge, dryer, and washing machine. No pushiness, recommendations were made and I never felt pressured about anything. I will definitely be sending more business their way. Thank you!

Our gas dryer failed to no longer provide the heat required to dry our clothes throughly. With top notch expertise Alex ,the owner of the company, was able to diagnose the issue which would be costly to repair. As a result , he recommended that we purchase a new dryer instead of having him repair it which would be the most cost efficient way to proceed. His honesty was so very much appreciated and refreshing. I cannot say enough about the expertise that Alex and his team provides. CitySide Appliance has my highest recommendation !

Alex and Billy from CitySide Manchester just left after repairing our dryer. They were prompt, polite, courteous, and FAST! They found the issue in less than five minutes, and the entire visit was under an hour. They cleaned the entire inside of the dryer, and replaced ALL shafts, bearings, and belts!! Anything that needed cleaning was brought right outside, and the house ended up cleaner than when they arrived! I would recommend CitySide Manchester (and especially Alex and Billy) to ANYONE who needs a service call!
