Citywide Materials

Citywide brought us some concrete for a driveway that we did on Houston road they use these huge River rocks which they are not supposed to use anymore so Pam Kennedy's driveway the rocks are popping out the driveway from the beginning to the end we've contacted the owners to rectify this problem and the owners became hostile to disrespectful and refused to correct the problem so we had to place a lien on the property and we're going to file a civil action against citywide because of the concrete they sent us had more rocks and concrete and a whole driveway is damaged the rocks are popping out the whole driveway and there's no way this should happen in 8 months time city wide is a scamming concrete company if you look at the reviews so I have to place a lien on the citywide property in ord

I just used these guys this Mon, 2/27. Order came out right on time, was a #4 slump as I had ordered, and driver was very good with his chute and backing into tight area. Plus, I ordered last Thurs and was able to get Mon, two days later. The larger firms couldn't get there for a week. Very satisfied.

To be honest, I like that they are very prompt, you order, it’s here!! 👍 and courteous, great products, there driver is experienced and helpful. In fact I’ve used there service several times and have been pleased with everything. However, one evening I ordered with a 3/4 yard extra that had to delivered in 2 trips and the truck got stuck, after about an hour I used my backhoe and resources to pull him out, only to find out the we were short 1/2 yard. So I contacted the office and explained, requesting 1 yard that I’d pay and I was told after spending $1400 for 9 yards I now have to pay $400 yard for one because the were closing up. UOCH!!

I called for 3 yards, arrived in less than an hour and the Driver was very helpful. I couldnt find another concrete company to deliver only 3 yards without charging an arm and a leg. I gotta say I'm pretty happy. And the lady on the phone was pretty nice too!

The only experience that I can share at this time is an additional $59 charged to my account two hours after the initial authorized transaction 30 minutes before delivery of the concrete. So at this time I do not have a very good review. I am waiting for someone to return my call as to what these unauthorized charges are for.
