Met Ryan when we were a neighbor and encountered a broken pipe under the concrete slab in our home. Quick and efficiently corrected the problem. Moved across town and called him when the downstairs shower had no cold water. He located the problem and resolved it. We remodeled our laundry room. Ryan not only did the plumbing for the sink and the washer, he also did the gas line for the dryer. More than just doing the work correctly, he cleaned up the whole room so it looked great. Using the specifications for the new dryer, he was able to vent it directly outside without needing any flexible exhaust pipe, allowing the dryer to be closer to the wall. He also noticed the gas line for the garage heater was insufficient and not to code We had a new gas meter installed so it is high pressure

Ryan has been my plumber for 11 yrs. I wouldn’t call anybody else. The most recent job was a well pump that was leaking. He was here the next day replaced everything that was necessary. He always gives you options with solid advice. Not to mention it was two days away from Christmas. My galvanized water pipes installed in 1953 were badly corroded and needed to be replaced. Ryan Sahlberg replaced the corroded pipes without having to tear out any drywall. It was a very difficult task to cap off the old pipes. Ryan did a great job in tapping off the old pipes and installing the new flexible pipes. We now have our water pressure back and have updated plumbing. Note: The galvanized pipes were so corroded he could put his finger through the corroded spots. They could have burst any time. I've been using Citywide Plumbing for years. Ryan is expert in everything I've asked from installation of water heaters to simple things like sinks and faucets. He knows codes very well and will only do the work that he would do in his own house. He will not oversell or undersell. His recommendations are for the consumer's best interest. In a recent service, he suggested to install a powered anode rod on my hot water heater (mine was ready for preventative maintenance replacement). Not knowing anything about it, I was hesitant. After his explanations, I agreed. Holy cow, what an improvement! The well water sulphur odor was gone the next day.
