Civic Center Garage

This review is for the experience of the new Carpark garage for a hockey game. Getting in and parking was easy. Purchased parking online beforehand. When we got to the garage entrance, the attendant saw the QR code on my phone and waved us through without giving us a ticket. Parked and went to the game. Leaving the garage was a bit rough. I expect some traffic, as everyone was leaving at once, but we were standstill for at least 15 minutes before we finally started moving (we stayed in the arena for about 20 minutes after the game ended to try avoiding this). Much to my surprise, when we finally got moving and made it to the exit, every single person had to scan their ticket to open the gate to get out of the garage. As mentioned earlier, the attendant did not give us a ticket. W

Poorly designed garage. Took an hour to get out since all floors have to converge into only one exit. The event wasn't even full so I cant even imagine how much worse it is during big events.

We parked here for WNE graduation yesterday and sat for almost an hour and half in the garage before we finally got out. 1 hour was just outside of our parking space. The planning knowing this event was taking place to make this go as smoothly as possible was not good.

DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE. Over 1 hour after an event and we haven’t moved from the 4th floor. This place is a legitimate nightmare. Park 10 minutes down the road and walk.or better yet DO NOY ATTEND AN EVENT AT THE MASS MUTIAL CENTER.

Bought prepaid parking. Showed up 30 min before event. Sold out. Pathetic. I will never go to this arena again
