Civic Square Parking Deck

Hi, Pre arranged to park here for an event at The State Theater thru Park Mobil and had a Seamless experience except for the part of actually finding the entrance to the deck. Unless we missed the sign at the street level there was none. The only signage was at bottom of ramp where the attendant booth was. At the top of the ramp was some large signage to the left of the entrance that said do not enter but to the right was the proper ramp to enter the Civic Square Garage, Sign at street level would help greatly! Thanks

Horrible. Don't park here. They just rolled out some new system that's app only and its a 10 minute line backed out to the street. They have 2 people working it bc one is telling everyone how to navigate the app. Then every car pulls up and someones gotta get out and check the license plate. Would be so much faster if they just took a $20 bill and then they'd only need 1 employees. I couldn't think of a more messss up way they could have done this!

Went for a Sat Matinee at State Theater. People in front of us couldn't master how to pay with a phone app and lady in booth was overwhelmed. Given the age of a theater goer the manager really needs to come up with a better way. Line of cars was backed up into the street and no one moved in the gridlock. As we had already paid on the smart phone app and the exit gate was up, I drove in the exit, got yelled out by the overworked booth person and then parked. Did what I had to do. HEY OWNER - Fix the process for weekends or accept cash. Your current set up doesn't work. Nice place to park location wise BUT ONLY IF YOU GET THERE REALLY EARLY!

Thankful for proximity to State Theater...literally next door. Confusing though. Had purchased parking online through Parkmobile and was supposed to present print out to the attendant. Riverdance was Thursday night... no parking attendant was there? There were signs all over to type in a code, but I could not access the app in the parking deck. Took a chance and parked with the print out on the dash board. Was happy to fund my car still there after the show? Guess it was free that night?

So convenient to park to go to the State Theater.
