Civica Cherry Creek Parking

Update***Someone called to tell me they would be here in 20 minutes and would call me when they are 5 minutes out. This is positive and I’m changing my rating. I still don’t understand why they’d close at 1 PM, but they are making it right! Original post: I entered the parking garage at 12:30 PM on a Saturday and returned to retrieve it a few hours later only to find the garage completely closed. I called the after hours number for help and they said they were sending someone to let me in who would call me on my cellphone. They suggested I go find somewhere warm to wait for the call, but no call came. I called again after an hour and I was told someone came by and I wasn’t there, so they left. Couldn’t get in the building to get my car back. So my 5 year old and I had to sit out front. Horrible.
