Shawn put a new hot water heater in for my family and I was beyond happy with his quality of work and professionalism. I have no idea why anyone would ever put a negative review on here. I highly recommend!

He was polite and friendly. Came immediately, and diagnosed my problem. I have no issues with him, and would suggest his services to others.

Called Shawn he came immediately was very helpful and got everything fixed quickly. He even gave me tips on what to buy if something goes wrong again. So grateful for him solving this toilet running issue the day I called. I definitely recommend! Thank you!!!

If I could give him 10 stars I would. Always here when we need him. He even came on Christmas Eve when we had no heat. He was kind and doesn't rob you like most people do. I highly recommend him.

If there were negative stars, I would utilize them. The ONE positive thing he did was locate a motor for an older model furnace. He was cordial at the beginning, even making small talk, however, after starting the job, he complained the entire time he was trying to change out the motor, noting how much time it would take, how tired he was, how much other work he had to do and the distance it was to travel to the home, all the while using abrasive language. He complained about having to work on a trailer furnace and he never works on trailers. When he stated he was done and the furnace was running, he didn't stick around to see if it was actually working. He noted he may go home and take a nap and he wasn't going to get to another job he had planned, as this one took too long. After he le
