We had an incredible experience working with CK on our home renovation and can’t recommend them enough to anyone in the Mount Pleasant/Charleston area. Chris and Josh were fantastic from start to finish. Extremely engaged, organized, and genuinely great to work with. Communication was consistent throughout the process, and we always felt informed and supported. Every trade that came through our door was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Our timeline was met, and the project was actually finished faster than originally predicted, which was a huge bonus! We’re beyond happy with how the renovation turned out and will absolutely work with CK again.

We chose CK Contracting to create a brand new backyard cabana (as well as help coordinate the on-going pool build and total backyard reno). They were wonderful! Erin and Chris communicated effectively, let us know costs up front, helped us design, navigated a difficult variance process with ease. Chris is detail oriented and thorough, with high standards. CK Contracting helped us transform our 80's cedar sided house with outdated retro window shapes into one of the best looking houses on our street. Our cedar siding was spent and needed replacement and Chris guided us through the process of replacing our siding and windows throughout our home, including removing a large triangular window that dated our home. Our renovation was in 2019 and we still receive compliments from neighbors when out front doing yard work and such. Working with Chris was easy and we found him easy to communicate with. Lastly, we stayed on budget!!!...which is typically difficult. Kudos to Chris and his team for their craftsmanship!

Ck Contracting did an amazing job with our beach condo renovation. First impressions matter, and after speaking to the selections coordinator, Erin, I felt that CK Contracting would be a good fit for us. Several other contractors did not even get back to me or could not answer my questions. Chris was a pleasure to work with and very detail oriented. He takes copious notes by phone on site and translates that back for himself at the office. To keep everyone on the same page during the project, they use Co-Construct. This was a bit intimidating at first. It is a huge program and with a full 2 bedroom condo renovation, there was a lot to enter on my side and on their side. However, the overall advantages of Co-Construct were helpful as I could see every conversation, every choice and every ch

CK construction did a very good job adding a bathroom under my raised home. This would have been 5 star but there was a bit of delay from the time we initially met and construction began. The initial estimate was incorrect and had to be adjusted up considerably but Chris worked with my budget and made adjustments to keep the cost down. I was very pleased with the final product and the attention to detail. Communication was very good.
