I'm usually a positive review person. Great guys, but not what I was looking for. I will say the new step they did on my walkway was great and worth it. But, All the weeds grew right back from under the stone they placed and where they weeded under mulch. They did not mulch all the areas as promised. (ran out of mulch said they would come back but didn't) I needed a legit landscaper with plant knowledge. I expected the professionals to guide me, or know the best practices. I expected a professional itemized invoice for something that cost me a few thousand dollars, but this wasn't that. However, if you need guys to move stone, mulch, powerwash - they are great hired muscle if you know what you want, but otherwise... I'd shop around for your specific needs. I have been working with Caden and Anthony for a few years on various landscaping and house projects. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, and also dealing with CK Property as a company. Communication was always prompt and price was extremely reasonable. Projects included patio landscaping, large grass repair, and complete overhaul of front and side landscaping. Late last year Anthony was able to repair my front door framing which looks like new. We have a few projects on deck for the spring which include power washing and shutter painting and of course some more landscape work. Overall I have been extremely pleased.

Did a great job on our weed…. I mean flower beds. Tore everything out, laid down new weed barrier and trimmed existing shrubs and put in stone. Great price and reputable guys.

CK Property Maintenance is an excellent company. I trust them with my lawn care and property maintenance needs. They were even able to build me a custom Brick Mailbox! What a talented company! The owner Caden is very responsive and honest. Very reasonably priced company!

Caden was very professional and kind from the moment he stepped on my property. Gave me a very reasonable estimate and followed through. The job looks amazing. He trimmed up some small shrubs for me, removed a lot of stuff, and laid down very nice rocks and step stones to make a beautiful pathway in my backyard.
