We LOVE my new kitchen by CKB. They took our old, small, dated kitchen and turned it into our large, bright, gourmet dream kitchen. I began working with Erin the designer on January 7 2025, on a complete master bathroom remodel. She came to my place and measured, and we discussed designs. After a couple weeks we agreed on a design and I selected my products. She said she would get an estimate back to me within a week, maybe 2 depending on how busy Ron was. We left it at that on January 22, 2025. It is now mid-March, and I have heard nothing back at all. My attempts at getting a response from Erin have been totally ignored . I've never experienced anything like this before. I am so disappointed. I have had several kitchen and bath remodels by other Certified Kitchen & Bath designers in the past, and they were all great experiences. So now it appears... I went into ckb creations July of 2023. Ron came out and measured my kitchen on July 5th. I received the designs on July 21st and went in and sat with Erin on July 28th picked out cabinets and made some changes to the design. Never heard back from Erin again!?!?! I ended up purchasing my cabinets elsewhere. I did like Ron when I met him so stopped by to see if I could get an estimate for installation but they only install cabinets they sell. Very disappointed to say the least and would highly recommend going somewhere else

My wife and I hired CKB Creations to do a complete remodel job on our kitchen and 3 baths. The project included high end cabinetry and hardware, faucets, quartz countertops, tile backsplash and more. Ron and his crew did an outstanding job. Each of his craftsmen were very talented, professional, timely and courteous. The project was completed in every detail. Our expectations were met or exceeded. Ron is a friendly and personal guy and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his business for any remodel or construction job.

Theres another review on here with seemingly a similar experience to mine, so I guess its not isolated. I started talking with CKB in July 2023. They came out to measure and we didn't hear back. We went into the store and talked with them. They sent another person out to measure. We got a design, made a couple small modifications, and were waiting for an estimate. Every month I sent a request for them to send the estimate, and every month I was told it would be put to the top of the pile and we would hear back by the end of the week. Its been 10 months since we first started this process, and many many reminders, and we are yet to get a quote. Nice people, but with this kind of experience I wouldn't trust them to complete the job. If I have to fight this hard to get a quote before I've gi
