Extremely Disappointed — Poor Quality, Poor Service, and Unprofessional Practices Our experience with CKF was nothing short of disappointing — especially on a project totaling over $35,000. The fit and finish were poor from the beginning, with several cracks appearing shortly after installation. CKF refused to take responsibility, despite the fact that these issues were clearly caused by their own installers. Their follow-up and communication have been dismissive, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction once payment was made. To make matters worse, CKF refused to cut our original quartzite selection, claiming it could “dull their saw.” Multiple experienced granite professionals later told us that explanation was nonsense — they simply could have asked us to pay an addition

CKF installed these beautiful granite countertops installed over 10 years ago. Justin from CKF made a service call today. He was highly informative, professional, and personable. He gave me some good advise about how to care for them to keep them looking good. Justin shared his knowledge about the characteristics of natural stone and it ended up not costing us anything.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. I’ve had A great experience working with Matt and Missy. They really take their time and genuinely care. Brian, who works on the other side of things as an installer, was professional and courteous. He did a really good job with my install but did not take forever. Very efficient! My dog runs away and when he arrived my dog ran out and usually people are annoyed and Brian was so nice and helped wrangle my dog and get him inside. It was appreciated Because so many other times with different companies they are just trying to get in and out. “Doing the minimum” Is the one thing that CKF is not capable of.

The end product is good however the customer service- aside from our PM and crew that installed countertops- was lacking, particularly when factoring in the money spent. I tried to voice my frustrations, was told I would get a call back, and never did. They are just churning and burning. We will go elsewhere in the future for cabinets.

Purchased a piece of quartz for our fireplace hearth from the Countertop Outlet. Excellent customer service and communication from sales to installation. Would highly recommend. We love our Cambria quartz and can't wait to get started on our kitchen remodel!
