CKH Plumbing

After years of searching, we have finally found a plumber who provides excellent service at a reasonable price. Colin and Rich have replaced a toilet, installed new faucets and stems in a shower, replaced an outside spicket adding a turn off valve inside the house, and tapped a water line to run copper tubing to our new refrigerator. In every case, the job was done in a professional and timely manner at a fair price. We highly recommend CKH plumbing. As a footnote, they were recommended by M D Ewald Heating & Air Conditioning, another outstanding company to work with. UPDATE: They recently installed a new dishwasher for us. The cost was very reasonable, and their response time was excellent.

I highly recommend CKH plumbing! I have called them out to my house twice now for two separate issues. The plumbers came both times and were extremely professional and informative with diagnosing the issues.

Colin scheduled my service call promptly. On the day of my appointment, Rich, the service technician, was on time; he got right to work and was finished in less time than I had assumed it would take. I have used CKH several times in the past, but last weekend I reached out and left a voicemail because we had water in our basement due to a clogged drain in our floor downstairs. A few hours later Colin reached back out (on a weekend) to let me know that it was not a problem he could fix since it was most likely sewer related, and gave me the information for Onondaga County and said to reach out to them while also giving me the contact information. 2 hours later Onondaga County had left my house, the drain was unclogged and the water was gone. The fact he took the time on the weekend to get back to me, knowing it was not a problem he could fix and therefore would not be compensated for it, while giving me helpful information was above and beyond. Plumbing problems make me nervous (I hate the thought of possible flooding), but I have total confidence in CKH Plumbing and the excellent job they've done on our various plumbing jobs. Great company!
