We needed service for a pizza oven. They came very quickly. However, they billed 5 hours of labor for a job that should have been done in 1 hour. It shouldn't have taken this long to change a wire. When I objected, they didn't even get back to me. Also, the part they replaced stopped working after the service left. We called again for this. They said they couldn't come. When we insisted, they said we would charge extra if we came. They are not professional and don't know what they are doing. I think you should find another service.

The team at CKI are top notch. Promptly arriving when called for service and always do a though job. Explaining everything they did with any recommendations in terms that you can understand. Highly recommend.
