CKP Construction

Warning-Do not do business with CKP, Warning They have hired multiple different contractors and upon completion of work they refuse to pay them for the completed work and contracts. Then they continue to dodge the contractors and workers trying to get paid and resolving the issues. They will not return calls and will not respond to messages. The local news and the BBB have been notified as well as numerous other businesses and contractors in Amarillo and the Panhandle. We will be making all information public once the lean and courts have resolved these issues. I highly recommend one of the many other reputable companies in Amarillo,Holmes Construction,Amarillo Builders,Plains Builders,N&B Homes,Looby Homes.

I've been working with CKP Construction for my commercial retail store and couldn't be more thankful to have found this company. When my project began, I cold called the 3 best architectural firms I could find and asked them for their 3 favorite builders to work with. CKP was on everyone's list (and usually ranked #1). It's been a 5 star experience to say the least!

They are building a McDonalds behind our house . The work site is the trashiest work site I have ever seen. Before this rain when the wind blew the dirt blew straight into the back of our house and neighbors.They had a water truck but would not use it. Trash blew into our yard , the fence blew into the alley. There is garbage all over the site. They are supposed to have truck entrances but they use the alley. Now they are fixing to do another two projects near us. I hope they clean this up or I will be contacting the owner of the McDonalds and see if he has even been to look at this project.

Great job on working with us on a complex project. Many moving parts and owner changes. They make sure contractors do the job they were bid/assigned to do.
