When I was unsure about specifics, they listened carefully and reassured me that my satisfaction was their top priority. They gave me choices and made sure I understood my options. Needed to get a 2nd key made for an European mailbox. Both Lowe's and Home Depot couldn't do it but John Rosenblatt, store manager was able to replicate it. Very pleasant and efficient.

Highly recommend - I had 3 keys duplicated, and TB went above and beyond to help me. He didn't have the right blank key in stock and offered to pick it up at their sister store and have it ready for me the next day. Really appreciated him going out of his way to provide such great service!
